Real World Season Finale Tonight to Feature HRC Intern Mike
You may have heard that this season, MTV’s “Real World” is in Washington DC and one of the housemates — Mike — worked as an intern here an the Human Rights Campaign. Mike worked with our field team to help encourage and facilitate meetings between our grassroots volunteers and their members of Congress – lobbying for employment protections for LGBT people, an end to “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” and equal recognition of families headed by same-sex couples.
Tonight is the season finale (10 p.m. eastern – check your local listings) and we expect you’ll see a bit more of Mike’s inspiring work with HRC and how he continues to change hearts and minds on LGBT equality.

Taking DADT Repeal to the Airwaves in Nebraska
